DIABETES EDUCATION FOR THE PLAYER,

THE PARENT AND THE FAMILY

While we're all together, why not take the chance to get the most T1D information and education as possible?

Players enjoy seamlessly integrated diabetes and nutrition education, woven into the fabric of each and every day.

But what about the rest of the family?

That's where Dskate U gives you a leg up. While your players are being taken care of, you get the chance to listen to, interact with and learn from some of the top minds from the world of diabetes.

Further that discussion with your new Dskate family members and you will soon unlock the true power of the #T1DHockey community.

What players need to learn and what parents need to learn when it comes to living with and managing Type 1 Diabetes are two entirely different things.

This is why we treat family education as importantly as your players' education.

Loving someone with Type 1 Diabetes can be as hard as living with Type 1 Diabetes, which is why we believe in giving our #T1DHockey families as many tools, outlets and resources as possible.

DIABETES EDUCATION

Beyond the classroom and away from the rink, Dskate brings together our families in a variety of ways to celebrate our community and time together.

From family dinners, nights out on the town and special events, there's no reason to waste a moment of our time together!

Be it 1:1 training and development, or working with groups up to 60, Dskate coaches have the support they need to bring their A-game every ice session.

Certified "Got Your Back" Team
